First Helmsman Kira Akitaka

Again, like title, Kira is the first helmsman of Odd Ear Inn best friend to Ritsuna Kitsune. Kira looks forbidding...well kinda...but she really is kind to Collie Ann when she is trying to fit in. She carries around what looks like a johto staff(spelling hates me, if anyone knows how thats actually spelled, comment) but its actually a complex peice of old machinery. God only knows what all it can do. Mostly she just uses it as a wacky stick. It makes a good wacky stick.
